Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ConfirmHire platform ("Service"), accessible from confirmhire.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
ConfirmHire is a workforce management platform that facilitates:
- Job postings and candidate applications.
- Digital onboarding and electronic document signing.
- Shift scheduling and time-off management.
- Payroll calculation and processing assistance.
3. Electronic Signatures and Contracts
Consent to Use Electronic Signatures:
By using the Document Signing features of ConfirmHire, you agree to transact business using electronic communications, electronic records, and electronic signatures. You agree that your electronic signature on the Platform is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature.
You acknowledge that ConfirmHire acts only as a facilitator for these documents. We are not a party to any employment contract signed between an Employer and a Candidate unless explicitly stated.
4. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Employers: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Payroll PIN. ConfirmHire is not liable for unauthorized payroll transactions authorized via your PIN.
5. Employer Obligations
If you use the Service as an Employer or Company Admin, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal authority to hire and pay employees in your jurisdiction.
- Job postings are accurate, legitimate, and comply with all applicable labor laws (including EEO and Fair Labor Standards).
- You are solely responsible for verifying the identity and work eligibility (I-9) of your candidates, notwithstanding any data provided by the Platform.
6. Payroll and Financial Data
ConfirmHire provides tools to calculate pay based on hours, deliveries, or rates entered by the Employer. We are not a bank, tax advisor, or accountant.
ConfirmHire does not assume liability for:
- Errors in data entry (e.g., wrong hourly rate entered by Manager).
- Tax compliance, withholding, or reporting failures.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ConfirmHire, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
