As outlined in our packages, ConfirmHire provides back-office management and consulting. The Customer is solely responsible for providing their own software licenses (including but not limited to Indeed, Fountain, ZipRecruiter, Netradyne, and JJKeller). We operate within your existing systems as an authorized representative.
Services are billed on a subscription basis via our secure Stripe integration. By purchasing a package, you authorize ConfirmHire to charge the designated payment method on a recurring basis as outlined in your selected tier.
While ConfirmHire strives to maximize safety compliance and recruitment efficiency, we do not guarantee specific driver retention rates, accident prevention, or Amazon bonus acquisition. ConfirmHire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
